Basically, we form a sentence with a certain word in it. Someone gives you a word, and you make a sentence out of that. After that you give another word, and yes, this could be a name.

I'm under the impression that you can take two words and form a sentence. The words don't necessarily have to be together in the sentence. Just my assumption, though.
